Your dinner can include whole grain bread, steamed vegetables and seasonal fruits other than apple and banana. Ensure that your meals are largely made of low calorie foods, fruits and vegetables. Milk products like cheese and butter and red meat should be avoided. Reduce the salt content in your food, since salt is known to contribute to weight gain. Food items that should be used more are mint leaves, mint tea, spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, honey and vegetables like carrot (especially in the form of juice), bitter gourd, drumstick. Things to be avoided include rice, potatoes and other high carb foods and of course meat.

2.Exercises:

A simple exercise like walking or running will be of great help in bringing down your weight. Swimming and rowing are also very effective.
